Corporate Social Responsibility is the commitment of the Enterprise to it's stakeholders to conduct business in an economically, socially and environmentally sustainable manner while recognizing the interests of it's stakeholders.
Policy :
The company will dischange its corporate social responsibilty as per the following Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy of WBTBCL.
Implemention :
WBTBCL will undertake CSR Activities as listed in Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013.
Governance :
The CSR Committee will place for Board's approval, a CSR plan to be carried out during the financial year. The Board will consider and approve the CSR Plan with any modification that may be deemed necessary.
The CSR Committee will assign the task of implementation of the CSR Plan to such persons or bodies engaged in activities as specified in Schedule-VII of the Company's Act, 2013 as it may deem fit.
